1.1. Full Refund: We offer a full refund within the first 3 days of enrollment if the student withdraws from the course for any reason. To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@onlineshiaacademy.com with your withdrawal request.
1.2. Partial Refund: If a student encounters technical difficulties preventing them from accessing the course content, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund may be considered. The amount will be determined based on the extent of the issue.
1.3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as digital downloads, once accessed, are non-refundable. Additionally, any promotional items provided as part of the enrollment process are non-refundable.
2. Return Policy:
2.1. Course Materials: Physical course materials, if provided, must be returned in their original condition within 10 days of the request for a return. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the student.
2.2. Digital Products: For digital products or downloadable content, returns are not accepted once the material has been accessed or downloaded.
